Please allow 4–7 working days for dispatch and delivery, depending on your chosen delivery method. If any delays occur, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Do you buy gold?

Yes. We purchase unwanted gold for scrap value, including broken, damaged or unwanted gold jewellery. Our service is fair, transparent and based on current gold market prices.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended for bespoke jewellery consultations and valuations. However, many repair enquiries can be discussed during a visit to our store.
