Postage & Packaging
All delivery charges include secure packaging and handling.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery Options

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries, selecting the most appropriate service based on the value and nature of your order.

  • Orders between under £40: £3.95
  • Orders between £40.00 - £99.99: £4.95
  • Orders £100 and over: Free delivery

Higher-value items are sent using a fully tracked, insured and signed-for service for maximum security.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Please allow up to 4–7 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Once dispatched, delivery is typically:

  • 1–2 working days for higher-value items

  • 2–3 working days for standard delivery

If there are any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Information

  • A signature may be required on delivery for higher-value items

Store Collection (Free of Charge)

You may collect your order free of charge from our Luton store.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.

Local Delivery (Orders Over £300)

For purchases over £300, we may be able to offer personal doorstep delivery within:

  • A 10-mile radius of Luton, Bedfordshire

  • A 10-mile radius of Market Deeping, Lincolnshire

This service must be arranged prior to purchase.
